Brittany, otherwise known as Britt has gained various skills whilst completing her Bachelor of Communication Design at Swinburne University. She has gained several skills within Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. To say the least, when Britt first started her degree in 2018, she struggled within Adobe Acrobat as she had never used these programs before. With her motivation and dedication to improve, she gained new skills and experiences by reaching out to well-known companies such as Modscape which is an Australian owned company that utilises the benefits of modular designs and Peddle Thorpe an Australian-based architecture, interior design and urban planning firm. Whilst Peddle Thorpe was only short term due to COVID-19, Modscape granted Britt a weekly position to learn about product and material design and project management. From industry-related tasks to unusual sporadic opportunities, each experience has turned her into who she is today. Have a look at everything she has done throughout her journey at Swinburne University, and send any questions you have her way.
